RECOMMENDED USE:

Squeeze one full drop under tongue and swallow 1-2 times per day

Black Seed Oil Breathing Treatment:

Boil 1 cup of water. Add 2 tablespoons of black seed oil. Add 1 drop of tea tree oil (optional). Reduce heat and breathe in steam for 15 minutes or until all water has evaporated. Repeat 2-3 times per week or as needed. This treatment is recommended for persons with asthma or any other respiratory illnesses.
